This Website has been created by the Company “AK LANE S.A.” based in Maroussi Attica, Fragkoklissias 7, tel. +302160024006, email address akl@ak-lane.com (hereinafter referred to as “AK LANE” or the “Company”), with the aim of providing information and services for the website Users.

The Company is Responsible for processing the personal data it receives through the use of the Website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Law 4624/2019. This Personal Data  Policy provides information regarding the type of personal data collected, the manner and purposes for which it is processed, the third parties with whom it is shared, as well as the rights that Users have as data subjects.

We only collect your absolutely necessary Data, which is suitable and relevant for the intended purpose.

How can you exercise your rights?

You can exercise your rights by submitting a request to the Company’s postal address (Maroussi Attica, Fragkoklissias 7, TK 15125) or to its electronic address akl@ak-lane.com.

We respond to your Requests free of charge without delay, and in any event within (1) one month of receiving your Request. However, if your request is complex or there is a large number of Requests in general, we will inform you within the month if we need to obtain an extension of another (2) two months within which we will respond to you. If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive especially due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to proceed with the Request justifying the reply to you. Furthermore, our Company will inform you of any breach of your personal data, if said breach may put your rights and freedoms at high risk and provided that it does not fall within one of the exceptions the law expressly provides. You also have the right to appeal to Personal Data Protection Authority if you assume that your rights regarding the processing of your personal data are being affected.

8. Applicable law when processing your Data

Applicable Law is Greek Law, as formulated in accordance with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU, and in general the current national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data. The competent courts for any arising disputes related to your Data are the Courts of Athens.

9. Updates on any changes to this Policy

We update this Policy whenever necessary. If there are significant changes to the Policy or the way we use your Data, we will post an update to this Policy on our website before the changes take effect and we will notify you by any reasonable means.
